These terms govern your participation in the Provident Commercial Capital SMS messaging program.
Program Description
Provident Commercial Capital ("Provident", "we", "us") operates the Provident Commercial Capital Alerts SMS program to send borrowers, brokers, and applicants informational text messages including loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and one-time verification codes.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in page at providentcc.org/sms-opt-in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Provident, including messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your loan or account activity. Typical participants receive 2 to 8 messages per month.
Cost
Provident does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
Cancellation (STOP)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
The program is supported on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Provident does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile number provided.
Changes to Terms
We may modify or terminate this SMS program at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
