How consent is captured.

    Borrowers and brokers reach this page from providentcc.org, loan application emails, or a direct link shared by a loan officer.

  2. 2. Provide info & check consent

    User enters name, mobile number, and email, then checks the unticked consent box agreeing to the disclosure above. Consent is never pre-selected.

  3. 3. Receive confirmation text

    We send a one-time confirmation SMS. Standard messages begin only after this confirmation. STOP and HELP are honored automatically.
